March 1994 - 36,000 March to Parliament Protesting the Closure

Representatives from Hindu, Sikh, Jain, and other religious groups march together in London, arriving in more than 150 coaches from various regions across England. They united to partake in a march from the Imperial War Museum through the streets of London, ultimately staging a protest in front of the Houses of Parliament. The demonstration was notable for its extensive crowd and lines of protesters.
