December 1993 - Temple Seeks New Road Planning Permission

In order to bypass the village of Letchmore Heath ensuring convenient direct access to the temple. An agreement has been successfully reached for the acquisition of the driveway land. A planning application has been formally submitted to the Hertsmere Council. This application outlines the intention to utilize the Bhaktivedanta Manor for worship and festivals, centered around the newly established access. This strategic decision aims to provide a more convenient and direct route to the temple, thereby bypassing the village of Letchmore Heath.
